An officer with the Moorpark Police Division confirmed to DailyMail.com that police and fireplace officers had been on the scene Wednesday investigating. 

A name first got here in at 11.18am close to West Los Angeles Avenue and Montair Drive. 

It is unclear what the car was doing on the tracks on the time of the collision.
