A person has died in a office incident on Wednesday after a metal beam fell on prime of him.
The accident occurred at a Schneck Course of Australia, on Marriot Street in Jandakot in Perth‘s south.
Emergency crews together with Western Australia Police attended the scene after they have been alerted to the incident at 7.45am.
