Hollie Stokes, 17, died simply hours after heading out to her part-time job as a cleaner at a restaurant in Redditch, in Worcestershire, having eaten a rice cake with walnuts in it from her work.

The CPS subsequently determined to drop a case in opposition to a former supervisor at Hollie’s office, following claims the 17-year-old requested her whether or not the rice cake contained nuts.
