Police launch pressing manhunt for on-the-run convicted baby rapist who’s ‘an actual threat to youngsters and ladies’

A manhunt is underway for a convicted baby rapist who police say ‘presents an actual threat to youngsters and ladies’.

Lancashire Police launched the pressing seek for Stephen Pennington, 35, after he did not comply along with his licence situations. Police stated the convicted baby rapist is being recalled to jail.

He has hyperlinks to Blackburn, Blackpool and Wigan.

Pennington is a registered intercourse offender who was jailed in 2009 for the rape of a kid.
