JACKSONVILLE, Fla.A U.S. Navy chief petty officer was arrested after allegedly punching his girlfriend thrice at his personal promotion dinner, in response to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Workplace.

Kyle Rogemoser was arrested and charged with home battery after the incident that unfolded shortly after midnight on the DoubleTree resort on Riverplace Boulevard on Saturday, police stated. The 36-year-old was staying on the resort for a celebratory dinner honoring his promotion to chief petty officer within the U.S. Navy, in response to an arrest affidavit.
