Turkey’s Erdogan says U.S. sending plane provider nearer to Israel to commit bloodbath in Gaza

ANKARA (Reuters) – Turkey’s President Tayyip Erdogan on Tuesday criticised america for shifting a provider strike group nearer to Israel, saying that it will commit “severe massacres” in Gaza.

Following a shock assault by Hamas militants on Israel on Saturday, U.S. Protection Secretary Lloyd Austin stated on Sunday that the U.S. might be shifting a provider strike group, which incorporates the united statesGerald R. Ford, nearer to Israel.

“What’s going to the plane provider of the U.S. do close to Israel, why do they arrive? What’s going to boats round and plane on it is going to do? They may hit Gaza and round, and take steps for severe massacres there,” Erdogan stated in a joint press convention with Austrian Chancellor Karl Nehammer in Ankara.

Erdogan has beforehand stated that Turkey was able to mediate between Israeli and Palestinian forces to make sure calm.

The battle comes as Turkey, which has backed Palestinians prior to now, hosted members of Hamas, and supported a two-state answer to the battle, works to restore ties with Israel after years of animosity.
