A Florida couple was arrested and charged with sexually assaulting a lady who they invited to their residence after assembly earlier that evening, police stated.
The couple, 34-year-old Alec Farwell and 26-year-old Gracie Mowery, have been in downtown St. Petersburg on Friday, Oct. 13, once they encountered a “group of young women,” in response to an Oct. 16 information launch posted on Fb by the St. Petersburg Police Division.
The pair befriended the ladies and invited them to their close by condominium round 1 a.m. “to proceed socializing and swim of their pool,” police stated.
Whereas many of the group was within the pool, Farwell “carried” one of many ladies into the couple’s condominium, in response to the discharge. Within the condominium, Farwell sexually assaulted the lady as Mowery restrained her, police stated.
The girl escaped and known as police to report the assault, the discharge stated.
Farwell was charged with sexual battery, and Mowery was charged with sexual battery and false imprisonment, police stated.
