At UN, Iran warns US will ‘not be spared’ if warfare in Gaza continues


UNITED NATIONS (Reuters) – Iran’s International Minster Hossein Amirabdollahian warned on the United Nations on Thursday that if Israel’s retaliation towards Palestinian militants Hamas within the Gaza Strip would not finish then the USA will “not be spared from this fireplace.”

“I say frankly to the American statesmen, who are actually managing the genocide in Palestine, that we don’t welcome (an)growth of the warfare within the area. But when the genocide in Gaza continues, they won’t be spared from this fireplace,” he instructed a gathering of the 193-member Basic Meeting on the Center East.

Israel has vowed to wipe out Hamas, which guidelines Gaza, in retaliation for an Oct. 7 assault that killed 1,400 individuals and noticed a whole bunch taken hostage.
