35-year-old Jacksonville girl, Nicole DeVilbiss, has been arrested for conspiracy to create and distribute “animal crush movies.”
If convicted, DeVilbiss faces a most penalty of 5 years in federal jail.

Animal crushing is outlined beneath federal felony regulation as “precise conduct through which a number of dwelling non-human mammals, birds, reptiles, or amphibians, is purposely crushed, burned, drowned, suffocated, impaled, or in any other case subjected to critical bodily damage.”
