STORY: After pulling out of the U.N.-brokered deal that assured protected shipments of Ukrainian grain through the Black Sea, Russia has repeatedly attacked Ukrainian port infrastructure.
One individual was killed and three crew members, residents of the Philippines, and one port worker had been injured, in keeping with Ukraine’s southern navy command.
The vessel was supposed to move iron ore to China, Ukraine Infrastructure Minister Oleksandr Kubrakov mentioned.
