The brother-in-law of two-time Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams and the husband of Georgia Federal Decide Leslie Abrams Gardner is going through human trafficking fees.
On Friday, Jimmie Gardner, 57, was arrested in Tampa, Florida after a 16-year-old woman stated she had been concerned in sexual acts with him inside a lodge room.
Tampa police say the teenage woman advised them that Gardner contacted her simply earlier than 1:45 a.m. and invited her to his lodge room and he or she accepted.

As soon as there, Gardner reportedly supplied the woman cash for intercourse. She initially agreed, however when she modified her thoughts, she stated he turned indignant and started choking her.
After he stopped and left the lodge room, she known as 911.
