A Suffolk County, New York correctional officer has been arrested after he allegedly pressured an inmate to carry out a sexual act whereas threatening repercussions if the inmate have been to disobey him, in line with the district lawyer’s workplace.
Suffolk County District Lawyer Raymond Tierney’s workplace stated 35-year-old Jason Middleton of Central Islip, New York, was arrested on Friday and charged with third-degree prison sexual act and official misconduct.

Earlier than the sexual assault, Middleton allegedly threatened the inmate and if the inmate ever disobeyed him, he would place contraband within the inmate’s cell.
