Between Oct. 11, 2022, and Dec. 1, 2022, Judd and Crosby conspired to delay the canvass of votes forged in Cochise County within the November 2022 Common Election, in accordance with a press launch from the Legal professional Common’s workplace.

Crosby’s lawyer, Dennis I. Wilenchik, informed ABC Information, “The Indictment is the product of nothing however political partisanship, however once more not surprising.
