JACKSON, Miss. (AP) — A Mississippi grand jury has declined to carry fees towards a police officer who responded to a name, and shot and wounded an unarmed 11-year-old boy inside the house.
The grand jury discovered that Indianola Police Sgt. Greg Capers did interact in legal conduct when he shot Aderrien Murry within the chest on Could 20 whereas responding to a home dispute.
