Philadelphia LGBTQ+ activist Kendall Stephens charged in rape of two minors: sources
PHILADELPHIA – An LGBTQ+ activist in the Philadelphia community has been charged with raping two minors after beforehand being sufferer to a violent assault in 2020, sources inform FOX 29.
Officers say Kendall Stephens, 37, was arrested and charged with rape, involuntary assault, obscenity to minors, corruption of minors, illegal assault to minors and involuntary deviant sexual activity.
Stephens is identical lady who survived a brutal hate-crime in her Level Breeze dwelling on August 24, 2020 through which the attacker, Tymesha Carrying pleaded responsible to aggravated assault and conspiracy.
In keeping with the DA, Carrying was sentenced to 11.5 to 23 months of home arrest with digital monitoring, with no parole eligibility till 18 months of dwelling confinement, in addition to 120 hours of group service, a letter of apology to Stephens, and completion of a court-monitored anger administration program.
