Two sisters are celebrating the arrest of their fugitive dad. They are saying they suspected their dad, Davie Albarran, preyed on youngsters. Cops say after they launched a prison investigation into the allegations, Albarran went on the run. His decided daughters mounted a social media marketing campaign to trace him down. The sisters even appeared on “America’s Most Needed.” Their father was lastly busted after 451 days on the run. He was discovered after he was acknowledged on the tv program “America’s Most Needed.”
