Onlookers in Madison, Indiana, have been shocked to see a tornado transferring down the Ohio River on March 14, with video exhibiting the tornado sending up particles on a day when multiple homes have been reported broken.
Video by Daniel Felix exhibits the twister swirling. “That’s insane! I’ve by no means seen that on the water,” he says.
Felix informed Storyful he was working at a riverside lodge when he noticed the twister.
