Girl arrested after beating St. Pete daycare director whereas selecting up youngster


ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.A Pinellas County lady was arrested on Tuesday after authorities say she punched the director of a St. Pete preschool whereas selecting up her youngster.

In accordance with the St. Petersburg Police Division, on Tuesday at 12:10 p.m., a workers member at Superstar Children Membership of Pinellas County contacted Xenishia Felton, 26, of Gulfport, to inform her to select up her son. The boy had been appearing out and having a nasty morning, police mentioned.

When the preschool director opened the door, police say Felton was yelling profanities. Felton then took her youngster and handed him over to a relative.

In accordance with police, when the director tried to shut the door, Felton hit the entrance door into the director. Felton then entered the daycare and commenced punching the director, inflicting minor accidents, officers mentioned.

The director pinned Felton down, and her workers then referred to as police. SPPD added that this interplay did not happen in entrance of different kids on the preschool, however her youngster might have seen a part of it.

Felton was arrested and charged with housebreaking with assault or battery.
