Alyssa Farah Griffin, a former communications director in Donald Trump’s White Home, on Tuesday warned folks to brace themselves for the fallout regardless of the verdict of the previous president’s hush-money trial.
The presumptive GOP presidential nominee is “frightened” and rattled as a result of he has a whole lack of management over what might occur and a conviction would have main authorized and political penalties, Griffin instructed CNN’s Jake Tapper.
However even when Trump is acquitted, Griffin stated, “We have to prepare and buckle as much as hear weeks and weeks of him saying it was a witch hunt, it was the Biden authorities pushing this.”
“And whether or not he’s exonerated or not he’s going to lean into grievance no matter what the result of that is,” she predicted.
A conviction for Trump can be “extremely difficult” and “unsettling” for swing voters, Griffin added.
Closing arguments within the trial ended Monday.
Jury deliberations are anticipated to start Tuesday.
