MOSCOW (Reuters) – President Vladimir Putin mentioned on Thursday that South Korea could be making “a giant mistake” if it decides to produce arms to Ukraine and that Moscow would reply to such a transfer in a means that may be painful for Seoul.
Putin, who was talking at a information convention in Vietnam, was reacting to a report from Yonhap information earlier on Thursday which mentioned South Korea would evaluate the opportunity of supplying weapons to Ukraine after Putin and North Korean chief Kim Jong-un signed a mutual defence pact a day earlier.
Putin mentioned Seoul had nothing to fret about when it got here to the pact between Moscow and North Korea.
