Two activists disrupted the Amazon Net Providers Summit in Washington, DC, on Wednesday to protest Undertaking Nimbus, Amazon and Google’s $1.2 billion cloud computing contract with the Israeli authorities.
The protest, which interrupted the keynote speech from Dave Levy, AWS worldwide public sector vp, is the most recent in a sequence of recent protests which have taken purpose at Undertaking Nimbus.
The primary activist, who seemed to be a younger man in a video shared with WIRED, stood on a chair waving a Palestinian flag and demanded an finish to Undertaking Nimbus.
