COALINGA, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – An earthquake was recorded by the USGS in an space close to Coalinga on Friday.

Federal officers say the earthquake registered west of Freeway 198 – and east of Freeway 101. The situation is close to Peach Tree Highway and roughly 16 miles from Coalinga.
