(WHTM) – A tractor-trailer accident has closed a freeway ramp on Wednesday morning.
Based on PennDOT, at 7:30 a.m. a tractor-trailer carrying water bottles overturned on the ramp from I-81 south to I-83 south. The crash brought about the water bottles to scatter throughout the roadway and it’s not recognized when the street will absolutely reopen.
