Three teenagers going through rape costs in connection to incident at Claiborne Excessive Faculty
HUNTSVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — The District Lawyer Common of the eighth Judicial District introduced on Friday that the New Tazewell Police Division had charged “three juveniles with being delinquent by way of Aggravated Rape in connection to an incident that occurred at Claiborne (County) Excessive Faculty.”
The costs had been filed Friday, Aug. 9 and the district legal professional, Jared Effler, acknowledged in a information launch that the matter has been investigated by New Tazewell Police with help from Tazewell Police and the county sheriff’s workplace. The teenagers are presumed harmless, Effler added, as the costs are “merely accusations and never proof.”
