Northwest Florida undercover operation results in arrests of 8 males making an attempt to fulfill 14-year-old lady

SANTA ROSA COUNTY, Fla. (WKRG) — An undercover investigation in Northwest Florida led to the arrests of eight males accused of making an attempt to fulfill with an underage lady.

Santa Rosa County Sheriff Bob Johnson stated the lads thought they have been touring to fulfill up with a 14-year-old lady. As an alternative, these males have been met with deputies.

The Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Workplace, together with the help of the Florida Division of Legislation Enforcement, Federal Bureau of Investigations, Escambia County Sheriff’s Workplace, Naval Legal Investigative Service and Air Power Workplace of Particular Operations, carried out the operation from Aug. 20-23.

The sheriff’s workplace stated deputies and brokers posed as kids on generally used social media retailers and chat purposes. They stated undercover officers recognized themselves as minors, and the suspects proceeded to ship specific messages, some together with images or movies.

• 60-year-old Shawn Michael Reinhard of Shalima

• 60-year-old Lloyd Ashley Resureccion of Fort Walton Seaside

• 19-year-old Aiden Christopher Harris of Milton

• 31-year-old Andrew Scott Roach of Bay Minette

• 25-year-old Cameron Joel Neely-Dane of Tempo

• 20-year-old Deevon Keeshawn Henry of Pensacola

• 26-year-old Kam’ron Pierre Walker of Fort Walton Seaside

• 27-year-old Matthew John Wanting Pensacola

The lads face a complete of 27 felony fees starting from obscene communication to weapons offenses. Sheriff Johnson stated Walker and Reinhard confirmed up with weapons.

“They simply go on sure web sites, and so they get accosted by people,” Johnson stated. “They’ve footage that they put up, and these guys are interested in underage females, and that is what they do.”

Sheriff Bob Johnson is urging mother and father to test their baby’s telephone.

“Please for the love of God test their cell telephones and test their accounts as a result of you could have folks like this which can be coming for them,” Johnson stated. “Make no mistake about it if that was a 14-year-old lady they have been assembly, they have been as much as no good.”

The sheriff’s workplace stated 11 extra suspects are pending fees for numerous felony offenses referring to their on-line communications with minors.
