Wisconsin lady arrested for fifth OWI, had passenger below 16 in automobile


JANESVILLE, Wis. (WFRV) – A 53-year-old Wisconsin lady was arrested for allegedly working whereas intoxicated, her fifth offense, with a passenger below the age of 16 within the automobile.

According to a release, on Sunday, shortly after 11:15 p.m., an officer with the Janesville Police Division made a visitors cease on a automobile for expired registration on North Ringold Avenue.

Upon making contact with the motive force, recognized as Jennifer Sturm, 53, of Janesville, the officer noticed behaviors that indicated Sturm could also be impaired.
