DALLAS – Police have arrested a person they imagine openly and seemingly randomly attacked a girl in Downtown Dallas.
36-year-old Antonio Banks has been charged with aggravated assault inflicting critical bodily damage.

The attack in Downtown Dallas has caught consideration nationwide.
