QUITO (Reuters) – Ecuador’s authorities has introduced the suspension of electrical energy service for 9 hours on Sunday in 12 of the Andean nation’s 24 provinces and positioned 19 areas on crimson alert as a result of a drought that has diminished the water ranges of hydroelectric vegetation.
