Alan Eugene Stec, 61, of East Bridgewater, is slated to be arraigned Monday in Brockton District Court docket on costs together with two counts of assault and battery with a harmful weapon, assault and battery with a harmful weapon on a toddler underneath 14, assault with a harmful weapon, malicious destruction of property underneath $1,200, reckless operation of a motorized vehicle, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, failure to cease for police, three counts of assault and battery on a police officer, three counts of assault and battery, marked lanes violation, and failure to cease or yield, in keeping with East Bridgwater Police Chief Michael Jenkins.

Officers responding to a 911 name for a report of a highway rage incident within the space of 555 Washington Road in East Bridgewater simply after midday realized a motorist, later recognized as Stec, had deliberately struck one other automobile and was making an attempt to hit a number of individuals who have been on foot along with his automobile, Jenkins stated in a information launch.
