“Retail blitz” is a police operation aimed to crackdown on shoplifting and large field retailer thefts. Officers in Henderson, NV and Los Angeles invited Inside Version’s Lisa Guerrero alongside for the journey. Whereas Inside Version was at these places, a number of suspects have been arrested for alleged retail theft and harboring stolen items. Scott Glenn, Vice President of Asset Safety on the Residence Depot, stated that this can be a gateway crime for extra nefarious dealings.
