EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – A 21-year-old man was not too long ago arrested in reference to a stalking incident involving a 42-year-old lady, in response to the El Paso Police Division (EPPD).
EPPD mentioned Xavier Martinez, 21, was arrested and charged with stalking with a $25,000 bond.
Martinez was reported to have approached the lady on separate events again in September, whereas she was strolling to her place of employment, police mentioned.
The incidents occurred alongside the 300 block of North Campbell Avenue in Downtown El Paso and led the lady to have “rising issues” about her security, police mentioned.
EPPD mentioned the lady reported the incidents prompting an investigation which led to the arrest of Martinez.
EPPD urges anybody experiencing related conditions to report them instantly.
The investigation is ongoing, in response to EPPD.
