The 2024 Miss Teen Rodeo Kansas died in a single-vehicle wreck on Friday evening that injured 5 others, together with her rodeo teammates, in rural Thomas County.
Emma C. Brungardt of Blue Rapids died on the scene of the wreck, which was reported at 9:44 p.m. on County Street 21. She was 19.
The motive force, an 18-year-old Flagler, Colorado, man driving a 2007 Ford F-250 truck, and 4 different passengers have been all taken to Residents Medical Heart in Colby after all of them complained of ache.
