Eleven individuals turned unwell from ingesting poisonous mushrooms within the 200 block of Burke Street, Peach Backside Township in what officers name a mass casualty incident, in accordance with officers.
In a Facebook post, Delta-Cardiff Volunteer Hearth Firm Station 57 reported that it “was alerted to help a number of EMS items with a mass casualty incident” round 9:37 p.m.
“Items have been suggested that 11 individuals had ingested poisonous mushrooms and have been all unwell. A complete of seven ALS and BLS items have been dispatched from York, Lancaster and Harford counties. 6 of them transported pediatric and grownup sufferers to the hospital. Items cleared the scene in simply over an hour,” learn the Fb submit.
