An Israeli navy spokesperson stated earlier in an announcement posted on social media platform X that it “will start attacking infrastructure belonging to the Hezbollah Al-Qard Al-Hassan Affiliation – get away from it instantly.”
Al-Qard al-Hassan – which the U.S. has stated is utilized by Iran-backed Hezbollah to handle its funds – has greater than 30 branches throughout Lebanon together with 15 in densely populated components of central Beirut and its suburbs.
