SAN JOSE, Calif. – The San Jose Metropolis Council voted unanimously to approve a new Costco warehouse despite opposition from residents.
The warehouse shall be positioned at Prospect Street and Saratoga Avenue within the Westgate West Purchasing Middle.
Retailer representatives mentioned the situation would create extra jobs and tax income, however opponents on the Metropolis Council assembly on Tuesday claimed the warehouse would enhance site visitors congestion within the neighborhood.
