(Reuters) – The chief of Russia’s Chechnya area, Ramzan Kadyrov, stated on Sunday that Russian forces, led by a Chechen-based particular forces unit, have seized management of a Ukrainian border village.
Kadyrov, who has led his South Caucasus area as a Kremlin loyalist since 2007, stated the Akhmat-Chechnya unit led Russian troops in taking management of Ukraine’s Ryzhivka, in Sumy area, reverse the southern Russia area of Kursk.
