CLEVELAND (WJW) – A widely known Cleveland activist was arrested Wednesday on an extortion cost after an area enterprise proprietor accused him of demanding cash for cover.
Antoine Tolbert is now being held within the Cuyahoga County jail and is predicted in courtroom quickly to face the felony cost.
