ATWATER, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A particular schooling trainer in an Atwater highschool has been arrested and accused of participating in “inappropriate conduct” with college students, the Merced Union Excessive College District introduced.
Officers with the district mentioned Julio Barcelo, a particular schooling trainer at Buhach Colony Excessive College in Atwater, has been arrested by the Merced County Sheriff’s Workplace on Aug. 30.
