Bryan S.Meyer, 37, of Topeka, dies in crash at N.W. 62nd and US-75 freeway

One individual died and two folks had been injured late Friday in a two-vehicle crash at N.W. 62nd and US-75 freeway, mentioned a spokeswoman for the Shawnee County Sheriff’s Workplace.
Bryan S. Meyer, 37, of Topeka, was killed within the crash, which was reported simply after 10:15 p.m., mentioned Deputy Abigail Christian of the Shawnee County Sheriff’s Workplace.
The names, ages and genders of the opposite two folks weren’t being made public.
The crash concerned a Ford Ranger pickup truck pushed by Meyer, who was driving eastbound on N.W. 62nd, and a Jeep car with two occupants, which was southbound on US-75, Christian mentioned.
N.W. 62nd and US-75 is regulated by cease indicators for eastbound and westbound site visitors.
”It seems the Ford did not cease on the cease signal and was struck by the Jeep,” Christian mentioned.
Meyer was pronounced deceased on the scene, she mentioned.
The 2 occupants of the Jeep had been taken by American Medical Response ambulance to a Topeka hospital, Christian mentioned.
The sheriff’s workplace was investigating circumstances of the crash, she mentioned.
