Two 18-year-olds have been arrested on felony vandalism and hate crime costs in Thousand Oaks, the Ventura County Sheriff’s Workplace introduced Thursday.
A media release issued by VCSO states that Thousand Oaks Patrol deputies obtained a report of two suspects who had been captured on surveillance video vandalizing the partitions of a business constructing on Monday.
