Pilot of Crashed Aircraft Rescued from Alligator-Infested Waters in Florida Everglades

A pilot who crash-landed into alligator-infested waters within the distant Florida Everglades was rescued from the wing of his aircraft, on Tuesday, October 31.

Miami-Dade Fireplace Rescue and Broward Sheriff Fireplace Rescue collectively responded to reviews of a downed Cessna Skyhawk 172M plane in a distant space of South West Broward County, Florida.

The primary responders told media that after they arrived on the scene, they found the pilot sitting on the wing of the aircraft, including that he had been caught there since 4 within the morning, with “alligators, mosquitos and the whole lot else on the market.”

“As a result of distant location of the incident and tough terrain, MDFR’s Air Rescue North arrived on the scene to conduct a hoist operation so as to rescue the affected person from the downed plane,” the Miami-Dade Fireplace Rescue mentioned, writing on Facebook.

Firefighter Christopher Kramer told Global News that the rescued pilot was taken to a close-by hospital for remedy of minor accidents.
